- At this time, Elk Candy Company ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Elk Candy Company ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We ship via UPS. We generally process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. As a general rule we ship Monday - Thursday so your delicious packages will not sit in some strange warehouse over the weekend. The map below indicates UPS Ground shipping transit times to help you estimate how long your package will take to arrive. This map does not include our processing time.
